Stock Indication

On our web site we use a stock indication system which informs you if we have the selected item in stock or if it is an item we need to check availability with our suppliers. Many items are dispatched direct from suppliers, so the stock level shown is only an indication of current stock levels held by us directly.

This offer is subject to availability and occasionally, the delivery status may vary to that shown on the site (for example, where other orders are received before your order can be processed). Should this occur we will send you an e-mail advising you of the changed status and we will not process your express delivery surcharge unless you have ordered more than one product that is available to despatch.

Products that are not available at point of order

In some cases you may find that an item you wish to purchase as part of your order is not available. At this point we will contact you and offer you two alternatives:

  • Place the order on hold until all items are available and deliver your order all at once
  • Ship available items at point of order and send the unavailable item(s) separately when it becomes available, however this method may incur separate shipping charges for each item despatched.

More about delivery

In the unlikely event of your product being lost or damaged in transit, claims must be made in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 10 days in case it has been delayed. Damaged goods received by you must be retained in case we need to arrange for return and inspection.

Returns Policy

Security

Motobrio.com/motobrio.co.uk - is a secure shopping site with HackerSafe and Sage Pay 128 bit security for peace of mind.

We recognise the importance of security regarding credit card information you send us over the Internet.

We take all the necessary precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely.

Sensitive information that is transmitted by you when completing an online purchase (such as credit card numbers) is managed by a third-party: Sage Pay, who encrypt the data and deal with the Credit Card companies. MotoBrio.com does not process any detailed credit card information arising from online purchases.

You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for a locked padlock icon (Internet Explorer and Firefox/Mozilla) in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. This will appear on any page where you are entering personal information (such as your credit card details) – no other page will transmit information about you.

In addition, access to all of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

How we keep your online details secure.

We're passionate about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority which is why we use Sage Pay (formerly Protx), a third party payment specialist. They're the largest independent payment processor in the UK and are compliant to the highest level in payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS). So you can be assured that all the information you enter is safe and secure.

We won't capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.

Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.

Through Sage Pay, we have also enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard). This is an additional check to confirm no one but you is using your card. This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of characters from your password e.g. first, third and fifth character. So don't be alarmed if this additional check appears.

For more information about Sage Pay click here.

Shopping securely with motobrio.com

Be rest assured that we take all the necessary steps to ensure shopping with us is safe.

motobrio.com uses the Sage Pay Secure Service. This utilises the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card numbers, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into scrambled bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

In order to help safeguard unauthorised use of your credit or debit card Sage Pay check the security code located above the magnetic strip on the back of your card and also the address provided on the order with the address set against the card.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™

At the point in the order process where you enter your card details our e-commerce system will request confirmation that the details provided are correct as explained in the sections above.

Most banks now include the Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ virtual 'card present' environment. These are additional security systems which may appear as part of the final stages of the ordering phase.

Should your bank use one of the above systems you will be prompted to enter a password or code in order to proceed. The web page which prompts for this information is provided by your bank where you use a Visa or MasterCard® credit or debit card. The information transmitted from this page is between you and your bank and is in no way used or processed by us. As soon as the card/password is verified you will be returned to our web site to complete your order.

At the point at which this page displays, one of two things will happen. You will be prompted to enrol in the respective cards scheme, where you have not already done so (you will be prompted to create a password or code as part of the enrolment process), alternatively you will be prompted for your password if already enrolled.

Customers can contact or visit their banks website for more information and to enrol independently of this or any other web site.

MasterCard® SecureCode™ explained

MasterCard® SecureCode™ is a simple and secure method of payment at online stores. You will have a private code known only to you and to your bank, your SecureCode™ enhances your existing MasterCard® account by protecting you against unauthorised use of your card when shopping online at participating online retailers.

Every time you pay online at participating retailers, you will be automatically prompted to enter your own private SecureCode™ - just like entering a PIN at a cash machine. In seconds, you gain added protection while shopping online.

For more information regarding MasterCard® SecureCode™ contact your bank.

Verified by Visa explained

Verified by Visa is a simple password-protected identity-checking service that takes the risk out of online shopping for both retailers and customers.

Protection from fraudulent transactions and the costs associated with it is provided to retailers and customers get the reassurance they need to spend with confidence.

For more information regarding Verified by Visa contact your bank.
